Most trips to Costa Rica are assembled from separate bookings — a stay here, a transfer there, a tour someone found online. A journey works differently. It starts with why you are traveling and who is coming with you, and everything else is connected around that.
Our journeys are usually written in two chapters: El Retiro, where the group arrives, settles and gathers, and Arenal, where Costa Rica opens up into volcano landscapes, waterfalls, rainforest and thermal waters.

The first chapter is about landing softly: airport arrival coordination, private transportation, a place your group can spread out in, and dining that gets everyone around the same table. The second chapter is movement — waterfalls, hanging bridges, wildlife, hot springs and the Arenal landscape.

No. Our Signature Journeys are starting points and can be adapted according to dates, group size, interests and final logistics.
Yes. You are welcome to contact us about selected tours, transportation, rental vehicles and private experiences even if you are not booking a complete journey.
Transportation options can be incorporated according to the journey, including private transfers, group transportation and selected rental vehicles.
Selected private-chef experiences can be incorporated into many journeys. Additional dining can be quoted according to the group and itinerary.
We help design private Costa Rica wedding journeys incorporating selected accommodations, celebration logistics and experiences according to the final proposal.
